Ingredients
- 125g butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
- 100g castor sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 100g self-raising flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Minnies Chocolate Milkshake Syrup, plus extra to serve
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease 4 ramekins generously and dust with a little extra cocoa.
- Cream the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then fold in the flour, cocoa and salt — just until combined, don't overmix.
- Divide half the batter between the ramekins. Spoon a tablespoon of Chocolate Milkshake Syrup into the centre of each, then top with the remaining batter so the syrup is fully covered.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes, until the tops are set but still soft to the touch. They'll firm up as they cool, so don't overbake.
- Rest for 2 minutes, then run a knife around the edge and turn out onto plates.
- Spoon over a little warm Chocolate Milkshake Syrup, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and serve immediately.
